Job Description To provide youth development programs to citizens in the county. Recruit & train qualified and approved volunteers to lead 4-H clubs. Work with the schools to provide 4-H enrichment programs to enhance the quality of instruction within the school day. As an administrator, to work with employees and assist them with their programming needs, maintain financial records and work within set budget and work to enhance the county Extension program through marketing efforts and outreach opportunities.
