COVID-19 pandemic. In response to a need for faith-based organizations to recognize how to respond, rebound, and provide for the community. N.C. Cooperative Extension partnered with Rep. James D. Gailliard, Senior Pastor of Word Tabernacle Church in Rocky Mount. Together we presented a 3-part  forum on Connecting the Faith: Meeting Community Needs in a Crisis.

Today as our faith-based, community, and non-profit organizations continue to adapt in order to provide needed resources and information in their communities. We wanted to provide this forum to connect individuals and organizations with programs in North Carolina to help them service the continuing needs of their communities.

Guest Panelists include:

  • Heather Kilbourne: Senior Program Manager, Faith in Rural Communities – NC Rural Center
