Have you ever wanted to make homemade bread but felt as if it was too hard to do? Then this is the class for you. Come to the Bread Baking 101 class and learn the basics of bread baking through hands on demonstrations. We will make an Herb Quick Bread, Easy Peasy Pumpkin Bread, Apple Cinnamon Bread, and learn the steps to making your own sourdough bread. This will be a fun and interactive class. The class will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 6-9 p.m. We will meet in the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Edgecombe County Center Family & Consumer Sciences teaching kitchen at 201 St. Andrew Street Tarboro. The registration fee is $10.00 per person and must be paid at time of registration. Please make checks payable to the Edgecombe Extension Fund.
