Come join us Thursday July 30rd at 6:00pm to make Mozzarella cheese while we learning about animals that can produce milk and the differences.

This Mozzarella Cheese class is hands-on. This class will introduce participants to the process of making cheese. Each participant will make their own Mozzarella to take with them to try at home. The class costs $15 and requires registration.
