Do you want to earn some extra money by preparing food in your home? Have you ever thought about starting a home-based food business? If so, then this is the program for you! N.C. Cooperative Extension of Nash, Edgecombe, and Harnett Counties are teaming up to bring this introduction to starting a home-based food business to you. This virtual training will provide information on:

  • North Carolina food laws
  • How to create business and marketing plans
  • Food safety & handling best practices
  • Hear from food business & product specialist
  • Along with information and resources to help get started or advance your home food business!
