Med instead of Meds

Eating like those who live in the Mediterranean region has been shown to promote health and decrease risk of many chronic diseases. The Mediterranean-style eating pattern incorporates the basics of healthy eating that are traditionally practiced in countries that border the Mediterranean Sea. Eating the Mediterranean way is not only healthy, it is delicious and satisfying. Foods that you once thought of as too high in fat or unhealthy, including nuts, olive oil, olives, and whole grains, become an everyday part of your diet.

Learn the 7 Simple Steps to Eating the Med Way by joining a class session. Please see below for the most current sessions. The program generally meets once a week for five weeks. During these sessions you will learn Med tips, life hacks, and recipes that will help you eat the Med Way every day. The simple, delicious, and satisfying Med Way of eating will keep you coming back for more. Please see below for details of upcoming classes and how to register.
