Safe Plates flyer imageSafe Plates for Food Managers will be offered at the N.C. Cooperative Extension of Edgecombe County office on August 28-30, 2019. This is the N.C. Cooperative Extension Program’s Retail Food Safety Manager Certification Program. The class will meet at 9 a.m.–4 p.m. on August 28 & 29 and the certification exam is given on August 30, meeting at 8:30 a.m. The registration fee is $125.00 and covers cost of book and exam. Participants will have 1 hour for lunch and you can leave for lunch or bring lunch. Registration and payment are due by August 7.
