Special Instructions US 64 EAST FROM RALEIGH: Take US 64 East to Tarboro. Cross the Tar River and take Exit 486. Go approximately 1/4 mile to the stop light and turn Left. Go to the stop sign and take a Left. Cross the Tar River again. At the stop light, turn Right onto St. Andrews Street.
